Do you deliver outside of Australia?
No. Unfortunately at this time, we only ship orders within Australia.
How much does delivery cost?
FREE delivery for standard orders* over $200, otherwise $12.50. It is FREE to have your order picked up from one of our Cranbourne store. *Some larger or bulky products may have an additional charges for delivery – check individual product pages.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched it will take 2 – 7 working days depending on your location.
Can I return my order?
Of course you can! It’s easy to return goods in one of our stores or via the post.
Returning Items Purchased In Store
- Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
- A copy of the The Guard Gear invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
- Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods
- Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Special Order items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
Returning Items Purchased Online
- All conditions as per above apply
- You are more than welcome to return the item/s to our Cranbourne store if convenient
- If posting products back, please call The Guard Gear Customer Service on to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
- Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods. In the case of an exchange (wrong size/change of mind), the freight for the correct item being resent is the responsibility of the person or company requesting the exchange.
- Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
- Special Order items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
